While it's evident that a team often mirrors its coach's personality, observing the Eagles from my perspective as a sports psychiatrist, it appears the coach lacks a clearly defined persona.

Unfortunately, prominent negative traits like bluster, arrogance, untruthfulness, hypocrisy, disloyalty, panic, and desperation are noticeable. Additionally, the coach seems thin-skinned, overly sensitive to external opinions, a potential drawback in cities like Boston, New York, or Philadelphia.

Although players express liking him, key coaching traits such as creativity and adaptability appear lacking. From an outsider's viewpoint, the coach often seems ill-equipped and overmatched.
