I’m surprised that none of the Inquirer reporters predicted a Giants win tomorrow. Despite a losing record, the Giants are still a team.
However, I can’t say the same about the Eagles. The internal conflict, biting remarks, and discussions about commitment and unity have clouded their unity.
In my opinion, the coaches haven’t demonstrated their capability to devise a game plan that aligns with both offense and defense, leaving the players feeling out of sync on the field. Maybe Matt Patricia will bring about more significant changes; only time will tell.
But unless the players regain faith in the leadership steering the team, including some trust that Hurts will resemble the quarterback they once believed in, I, from a sports psychiatrist’s perspective, can’t envision the Eagles securing a win.
